I had problems with the Transportation I couldn't communicate with the hotel in any way they answer the phone I had to pay uber to be able to get to the hotel and one of the reasons why I chose this hotel was because of transportation.

Nice staff, great Broadway location

This hotel location cannot be beat! Perfect for nearby shopping, convenience of dining options, literally a 1 min walk to Times Square. Staff were all very helpful and welcoming, the housekeeping staff were super efficient and quick to satisfy requests. Despite the hotel proximity to Times Square, the rooms were sufficiently sound proofed. I would definitely stay again! Point to note, if your room doesn't have a coffee machine, just ask for one. Some amenities are only given on request.

The air conditioning only goes down to 68 degrees. As someone who gets hot when they sleep this made my sleep very uncomfortable.

Room was clean but very small, hotel is located in a great area both safety and convenience wise. Great affordable hotel for visitors that plan on spending no time besides sleeping and getting ready in.
