Ocean View is a charming, restored Victorian (actually, TWO Victorians as we found out) set a quick walk from the shore and the Asbury Park boardwalk. Our room was in the building across the street from the one pictured. While the room was "cosy," it didn't feel small, and it and the bathroom were redone in classic colors and appointments. It was so nice to stay at a newer property. The entire property, inside and out, was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very comfortable. Very convenient to have a small kitchen, although we didn't cook we were able to keep beverages refrigerated with no problem Everyone that we encountered at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to that part the Jersey shore.

This is a great hotel for staying at the shore. Its not on the beach and about 25 min to it which is the only downside, the scenic route is pretty nice and not too many lights. For 3 girls sharing a room the other beach hotels could not compare. 1- the room was huge 1 large queen and a sofa bed, full kitchen, huge fridge. 2- there are outlets everywhere which mean we are all able to charge our phones and do our hair and makeup while someone else is showering.
