"We went in late May, so before the main season. The hotel is lovely, comfortable rooms - book one with a sea view, it's amazing. The pool was fabulous, plenty of seating and sunbeds. Good parking arrangements. Staff are friendly and willing to help. If there was an area for I would suggest some alternatives to the baked sweet goods, although if you have a sweet tooth, you're in for a treat. Eggs were available on request and they were good. It is a stunningly beautiful part of the world and the hotel is a perfect place to enjoy it."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Maria! The location was perfect—peaceful, charming, and close to everything we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, and the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. "

"We arrived early at the hotel and we're allowed to park at the hotel while we walked to the ancient Greek Temples which were an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel had beautiful grounds and a nice swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, but simple. We atedinner and it was delicious, as was the morning breakfast. All in all a great stay and we would do it again. If you are going to see the Temples, it is worth a stay. "

A refuge for the road weary adventurer. Best breakfast with great choices and flavors. Will be back again as we loved the Ascea area."

"This resort was perfect for our day trip to Pasteum and Pompeii. The room and hotel grounds were immaculate, very pretty. (It reminded us of Palm Springs). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, definitely not just your basic continental fare.! Our favorite thing was the access to the private beach for watching the sunset. We would highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay in Ascea, a beautiful area with a stunning beach nearby! However, we were disappointed to find that the balcony view in the listing was not accurate. Additionally, we were not informed that essentials like toilet paper, sponge and daily necessities were not provided, which caused some inconvenience. We also experienced issues with the bathroom lock (got locked inside of the bathroom for 25mins) despite all our efforts to open from inside and outside, and the lack of air conditioning made it challenging to sleep during the hot summer nights, or during the day especially with young children. Despite these issues, Ascea is a lovely destination, and with some improvements, this place could be even more enjoyable for future guests"
