One of the loveliest hotels I ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean, brilliant staff, free drinks in the fridge on your arrival and free coffee in the morning! The rooms are very cool and they have everything you need. Beds are also very comfortable. Definitely recommend getting a room if you are looking to stay in the area.

Great Staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms smart and clean, breakfast was good too. Overall a very good hotel with rooms that have AC which works well for those hot summer days.

The hotel is a bit run down (showing its age). We arrived at night and the staff appeared disinterested. We asked where we could eat and were told that we could walk down the street for 10 minutes and there would be restaurants there but they were all closed. In the morning we had breakfast which was quite good but again the staff was not friendly!

Room is clean and big. Less than 10 mins walk to town centre. Not many choices in breakfast. Not 24 hours reception. For staying consecutive nights, you will have to ask if you need room cleaning.

Poodles choise!

Really great place to stay! Great location, nice staff, building in good condition, comfy beds, clean room, a lot of variety on breakfast buffet and most important OUR POODLE STAYED FOR FREE! Could not have been a better experience. The town is also really nice and not nearly as small as we thought beforehand and we spent a full day walking around and shopping.

It's in a good location, close to the train station and a pretty local park. There are plenty of dining options close by. The evening desk person was efficient, hung up curtains that were down for some reason, and didn't know much about the local area. Not surprised, as there is only one staff person around to handle everything, including kitchen/restaurant duties. The rooms are in a bit of a convoluted layout, it's not easy for two people to operate in them. The room we had was on the street, and was a bit noisy unless we ran the A/C at full blast. The morning employee on duty was more helpful than the evening employee with making arrangements.

Staff was helpful and professional. The property was located in a great area. Mall across the street and walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. My only complaint is that the room could have been cleaner (webs behind curtains in corner and drawers were not wiped out).

Der Aufenthalt war super. Schönes Zimmer, genug Kissen und Handtücher. Frühstück war richtig gut. Sehr viel Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, viele verschiedene Sachen. Kaffee und Tee gibt es den ganzen Tag kostenlos. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind etwa 10 Min. Fussweg entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Gleich gegenüber auf der anderen Strassenseite ist das Einkaufszentrum „City Galerie“. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder im Hotel absteigen.

Abendpersonal am Sonntag sehr freundlich, in der früh am Montag allerdings nicht. Putzpersonal hat um 9 geklopft und nach keiner Antwort meinerseits Tür geöffnet, obwohl ich mir relativ sicher bin, dass im Pamphlet behauptet wurde, dass dies nur nach aktiver Anfrage passieren würde

Prima hotel. Keurige kamer. Uitstekend ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij de Altstadt. Je kan in de ontbijtruimte ook ‘‘s middags en ‘‘s avonds koffie en thee halen (gratis). Wij hadden voor 15 euro een parkeerplek achter het hotel.

Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war ok. Leider ziemlich eng. Zwischen Fernseher und Bett war so wenig Platz, dass ich Sorge hatte, daran hängen zu bleiben. Das Lichtkonzept ist pfiffig und modern doch die Funktion zu verstehen und nutzen bedarf es eine Weile. Der WC Deckel müsste repariert werden. Man traut der Schließtechnik und dann knallt es doch. Der Handtuch Wechsel klappte leider nicht. Vom Frühstück Buffet waren wir für 18.90€ enttäuscht. Mehr frisches 0bst, Lachs oder anderen Fisch sowie größere Auswahl an Käse fehlte mir. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Ich würde es auch weiterempfehlen allerdings ohne Frühstück.
