Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views.

Real impressive experience including great customer service and phenomenal location. The lady at the front desk is genuinely nice and understanding. This is definitely a hidden gem worth the visit especially when visiting this town for the weekend concert activities.

This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip

The place was great. The only issue I found was I thought we were right at the Hahnenkammbahn, but the property is far from that location... at least 15 minute walk. No problem as we were not skiing and the place was good for us. Even though right by train track you do not here the train as the building was insulated well. Great overall.
