"Property probably about 1910 to 1920. Very good condition. Looks and feels well maintained.
Staff excellent. Very friendly.
Food very good although Chicken Parmesan at dinner far too big a portion.

Shower was dirty with p**** hair and top of soap container. Draw which clearly states “hair dryer” was empty. Generally place rather tired looking and could use a freshen up. "

"Thistle Terminal 5 was the perfect location to spend a couple of days before flying home. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with extra amenities for just in case…think umbrella rental stands, uber kiosk and a board with clear directions on the different options to get to the airport. We used public transportation, and got to Terminal 5 in 5 minutes and paid less than £2. The additional cost for breakfast was well worth it, as we were fueled for our day trip. "Traveling from the U.S. to the U.K. for the very first time made an excellent trip and a large part of that was due to our stay at the Trebovir Hotel. Upon arrival, the architecture of the Trebovir building and surrounding developments was breathtaking. The quintessential London style was captivating and exceeded what I could have imagined. The front of the building is paved with beautiful checkered black and white tile and gorgeous flowers that only exude excitement and wonder.

"We only stayed for 2 nights but it was absolutely lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a high street down the road which was very convenient when we wanted a snack and went out for dinner. Bed was extremely comfortable and air conditioning helped with the unexpected heatwave. Lots of options for breakfast as well which I loved. Would absolutely stay there again the next time I come to London. "
