If you want a stay with a real local feel, this is definitely the place. From the moment we checked in with Marsha, we felt very welcomed and taken care of. After a long day of driving, it was nice that she was able to help us find local food and shopping. The amenities were nice; air worked, beds were comfortable, shower was clean. Thank you for taking care of us, Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. If we're ever back out that way, you can bet we'll stay with you. Side note: the price is way more than fair.

Super clean room at the edge of the tiny town of Ash Fork! A refreshing stop on the journey with trees and fresh air and a beautiful country location. The room was comfortable with lots of light, hot water, a refrigerator, an enormous tv and parking right outside the door. It's right off the interstate but feels rural. Southwestern skies above and a museum about the area right next door. A great spot to let the city go and feel relaxed on an interstate journey!

From the outside the property looks to be an older facility, but the room was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet place. Staff was very nice. We had a very comfortable stay. We will be staying there again when and if we come back through

This is the third time I have stayed at this establishment. Each time I have stayed in the same room #14. The room was much better this time than the last time. The room was clean (older establishment). The air was not on when I arrived but cooled down within 3 minutes after I turned the air on. The air conditioner worked very well and kept the room nice and cool all night. The price is great which is why I keep coming back. I used to dislike that there was no food at the exit but they have built out in the past year and there is currently a Sabarro, Del Taco and a KFC at the exit as well as a truck stop. Check in and out was super quick and the staff was nice. This is a good place for a night layover during a trip. It was quiet, no noise or disruptions from the other guests. The room has a fridge and a small microwave (you can heat up a burrito but can't cook a turkey).

The room was great the exterior of the property was pretty dirty there was trash and the other areas looked pretty bad but despite that our stay was good and we had no issues , the receptionist was not the friendliest but she did her job

I actually didn't stay there. I went in and decided to go to the other hotel I'd booked that was 1.5 hours closer to my final destination. It was early enough for me to head from Ash Fork to Kingman. The hotel is older and a little worse for ware, but it is clean and the people (or person I spoke with) was nice. It would have been okay to stay there but I am glad I moved on.

The breakfast bar is 6 nutrigrain bars and instant coffee. The curly haired front desk girl acted like she could not be bothered less any of the times I interacted with her. There are a million motels in the area, next time I will pay $30 more and stay somewhere that at least seems like they want my patronage. The rooms are updated, half way, we had moths we could not get rid of our 2 day stay.
