"Our stay was spoilt by the unpleasant verbal and aggressive attitude of our neighbours. Because we had it transpired, parked in their designated parking bay on our first day. We did receive the instructions for the correct parking space for our property until the following day. I would suggest the correct bay is marked clearly with the house number, so future guests don’t experience the same rudeness and verbal abuse we did."

The house has everything that you need from a Nespresso machine to dressing gowns in the bedroom and amazing wood to burn and keep you warm. Not to mention the secret garden! "Lovely hotel, room spacious, clean and cool with a powerful fan supplied. Games room really enjoyed by our grandchildren, could do with a change machine though. Restaurant served lovely buffet breakfast and good selection of evening meals. Seemed a bit disorganised but it was busy most evenings. Definitely stay here again as very convenient for Wookey Hole, Cheddar and Weston Super Mare."
