"When we walked into weed smell filled apartment at 5 since it wasn’t ready at 4, we were met with a non working, flickering busted keypad, prison style gate and homeless people sleeping in alley. Lucky for us someone was walking in when we were trying to get in building. That being said, neighborhood overall is not great, I would never stay here again."

Biggest issue is only one key fob. When traveling as a partner or in a family, having one fob limits independent movement as someone is stranded if the other goes for a run as the single fob must be used to access both the bldg and elevators.
