"This house was just as good in person as the pictures. Our group of 13 fit perfectly in this layout. The attention to detail and all the little accents of Disney are amazing. I was also pleasantly surprised at the "extras" we were provided. Coffee, filters, and K-cups were provided as well as little creamers. There were also ample amounts of trash bags, dish soap, and tide pods left for us to use. The only thing we ran out of was toilet paper. The AC and heater worked great, the check in and out...

"This is a very cute house with great space. The open area is well suited for a family, The kitchen is great and well equipped and there is a large pantry. There were also plenty of towels in each bathroom. There is nice front porch with fan that we enjoyed sitting on at night, although there is a fair bit of traffic on the road. The yard is being redone so it is a mess right now (August 2024) but I am sure when it is done it will be as nice as the interior of the house. The house is just a few...

"I wanted a getaway to the city and easy access to activities in Atlanta. This was the perfect place! Looking forward to my next stay here."

"The house was very clean and well designed. Beds slept comfortably. There were 3 couples and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Fully fenced in backyard with new builds on either side of the house. If the location works for you, its a great stay! Host were GREAT!"

"We rented both units in this building for a long weekend and had 17 people total staying together for an event downtown. It's close enough to all the Atlanta activity to get there quickly, but far enough out to be pretty quiet. The house is SUPER clean and laid out great for a group. Communication with the owner is quick and friendly, I feel I have a new friend, we will be going back next year!"

"This property was great. Right in the heart of downtown. We walked to many places. Clean and the rooftop and downstairs bars are lively. Love the downstairs area. My only complaint is the parking rate. It is $40/$50 a night. I think thats a bit much for a hotel guests. Possibly more appropriate for event guests who dont have a room since its across from the stadium. We did luck up on parking on the street for 2 nights so that helped.. Otherwise, i loved it. Would stay again. "
