"The unit is definitely a beach cottage. It is smaller than the surrounding houses and much older. The bedrooms are tiny and the smaller room does not have a closet. The interior of the unit is nice and has been upgraded with tile, fresh paint and new appliances (no dishwasher). The washer and dryer were downstairs but we didn't get a good look to know if they were newer or older models. The deck facing the intracoastal appears newer and has a nice view. However, the front deck is in need of repairs, and the damages were pointed out to the prop manager who said it was on the To Do list. You have ample parking for up to 4 vehicles.The kitchen has all the plates, cups and cookware that you would need to work in the kitchen. I wish we had a dishwasher and starter selection of coffee would have been much appreciated....that's just me. I liked that all the linens were packaged (sanitized) but it would have been nice to have the beds prepped (set up). We didn't realize that we had to spread beds until it was late at night then we were on a search to find the sheets. You are definitely paying for location with this unit. You are on the intracoastal, and the beach is a walkable 1 block away. The property is pet friendly, but it is not fenced so pets must be kept on leash. "

"From beginning to end. This host was extremely professional and helpful. The house is in an amazing location. The sound is directly behind the house with a beautiful pier to walk out to it. The beach is easily accessible by walking across the street to the public access. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking. This place has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. My doggie loved the toys and amenities that were left for him"

"This is such a beautiful home. EVERYTHING and then some is provided. The entire house flows with a navy blue and white theme. The amount of games that were provided in the home was amazing to have. You can tell Michelle the host has put so much thought in every tiny detail. The beds are some of the most comfortable that I’ve ever found in a vacation stay, we were actually sad to leave the bed and pillows!! The outdoor doggy turf area and crate are extra bonuses that were much appreciated. Every kitchen tool you’d ever need is there was well. We will definitely be staying again and also hopefully checking out one of Michelle’s mountain homes as well."

"The location is great and directly on the beach. Not too far from Surf City. The home was clean upon arrival. My kids really enjoyed the Xbox. While it didn’t impact our stay, I would suggest replacing items in the home that have visible wear and tear. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"We had an amazing stay here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any rental we've ever been in. There was nothing missing that we needed and we needed a lot for Thanksgiving. The host left a sweet welcome gift and introduced us to an amazing local boutique. Location was perfect, walking the beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Hot tub was a great perk for the cooler weather. "
