"Drug addicts flooded around this hotel and it's not safe for a family stay. Bugs in rooms, staff is no help and awful. No true American should ever want stay here. Don't waste your money!"

""Booked a "standard" room for one adult and one 15 year old. It was TINY. We had to move and "upgrade". Second room had a tub drain that didn't work. Tub was de laminating. Toilet seat was missing a piece and broken. Had to be careful not to pinch yourself when sitting. Alarm clock buzzed so we had to unplug. Window didn't stay up. Smashed my finger in it badly. Breakfast was disappointing. Would not stay again."

"Great stay! Don’t think I have stayed at a Wyndam but all the reviews showed so positive and Was very pleased with everything. the check in smooth. Nesto greeted and described everything about the hotel before I asked. We spent 2 days at the property and each morning we were greeted. Breakfast area was clean and maintained and at check out LaDonna was nice enough to sign me up the reward program. Thanks we will be back if we are in the area again."

"The amount I pd for my room and then I get there and they said it was upgraded. It didn’t seem like and up grade. Couldn’t see out the windows , trash cans didn’t have bag liners in them. No ice. On the floor We were on the 5th floor. It just didn’t seem right. I would have like to have been on the 18th floor. But to change it after I check in. I paid for tower and that room just seem like dull. I been made my reservation in March. I wasn’t please with the room. It seem like a regular room. Someone made a mistake when the calling that room and upgrade. Seem like the added the breakfast on there for the amount of I had paid for tower."

"The stay was OK. The room was fine. They treated us OK, except for the absolutely horrible experience with the general manager. I heard voices in the hallway. I thought the manager had given permission to someone to solicit the guests. Immediately I decided that I was not interested in whatever they were offering. I was wrong. No one was soliciting anything. When they knocked on my door, I did not respond. The next thing I know the general manager was coming in the door. I thought the "Do not disturb" sign was on the door. Even if it wasn't, he should not have been coming in without our permission. He said he wanted to know if we needed anything. Glad we were not indisposed in some embarrassing way. If it had been housekeeping I can understand them wanting to clean the room. If we did not respond why was he coming in? Sign or no sign, what excuse did he have to come in without our permission. Never have I experienced such an unpleasant event in a hotel. This practice of disturbing the guests is absurd and unnecessary. If I need something, I'll contact the front desk. This practice should be discontinued immediately."
