The house was very well equipped with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay! The kitchen was stocked with quality cookware which is rare in vacation rentals, but I still like to cook on vacation and that makes a big difference. The living area was cozy as well as the screened in porch making it easy to have a place to chill after a day out. I’d definitely come back.

The house was just perfect. Two bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom. Nice size kitchen and living space, big screen TV with multiple streaming services, plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely screened-in porch with comfortable seating. Easy access from the road, easy drive to shopping and eating, and downtown Ashville, which is a fun town. We would highly recommend this place.

Fall 2023

The 4 of us (2 adult couples) enjoy spending time in NC in the fall. This cozy cottage had it all. A very well stocked kitchen with plenty of “extra” supplies if needed. Comfortable furniture, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a very nice screened front porch. We really enjoyed meandering around the well kept gardens on this property and loved the “free” zinnias and dahlias that were set out for anyone to pickup and enjoy! This is a great property. For what I’m willing to pay, this is the nicest property I’ve ever rented. If I’m ever back in Asheville I would definitely rent this again. Can’t think of any improvements.
