"On Thursday at 2:30 PM , I wanted to get a room assignment because I had an event until 9PM. Jessica said no in an unconcerned manner. I know preroom assignments can be done. On Saturday, Jessica tried to give me the receipt for room 415 vs mine in 315. She had no good customer service."

"The piped-in scent is relaxing, the bed and pillows made for a very restful sleep. The restaurant food was very tasty. Cambria is our usual go-to hotel for these reasons."

"We had the most amazing stay at the Biltmore Village Hotel! The staff were warm and gracious. Once on the Biltmore property, there were so many beautiful and fun things to do, gorgeous walking paths, delicious dining in multiple restaurants and al fresco, specialty shopping and special time with the farm animals. We cannot wait to return!"
