Best Place I Have Stayed
This was my first trip to Asheville and I went through a lot of listings and spent many hours reading through property descriptions and reviews as well as looking at all the pictures. My next trip to Asheville will be much easier because this house was so exceptional that I will book it again in an instant.
Beginning with the neighborhood, it is a beautiful and private area with convenient access to everything we wanted to do. On top of that, this house is the last one on the dead-end street with as much privacy as you could ever want. The landscaping is 10 out of 10. The rear stone patio is perfectly situated surrounded by many hostas and shade plants with a very cozy fire ring situated in the middle. The waterfall feature looks so natural that is seems to be a part of nature. We spent many hours out here relaxing to the sound of the waterfall and enjoying a campfire.
The inside of the house is beautiful and very well laid out. The master bedroom is on the other side of the house from the two guest bedrooms, with the kitchen and great room in-between. I loved the granite counters. There was a lot of room for preparing meals as well as playing games at night. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.
Great communications with the owner, and check in and out was as simple as it could be. As Arnold Schwarzenegger said, "I'll be back"
