You'll want to visit the many nearby restaurants, but your well-appointed kitchen with a large island will make cooking a breeze, and be sure to check out Mast General Store or the French Broad Food Co-op for fun, local ingredients! Biltmore Avenue is a block away - it's truly the beating heart of downtown Asheville. And after a day of exploring, enjoy your private balcony and some cool mountain breezes!

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building. Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.
