Don't stay here! I paid for parking but there were no parking spots left at the hotel. I was directed to park at the dark abandoned gravel lot across the street. I asked for my parking fee back since the hotel didn't have enough parking spots for my car. I was told only the owner could authorize the refund and that he wouldn't because he "hears it all the time, and doesn't care".

Room was clean and staff were friendly. However, this property is located right off of the interstate surrounding a neighborhood. Parking was terrible, along with the $15 per night fee the parking lot is very small and crowded. i did not see the value of this hotel. I certainty wouldn’t stay here again.

Property and staff are wonderful! The rooms are really nice, clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offers many options and was delicious! We were in room 101 and it was loud from the street noise and trash pickup that morning. This is not something the hotel can control, just be aware if you stay in that room. I would definitely stay here again, but in a different room. GREAT PLACE to stay and walk to downtown.

Very clean and staff was great. Close to Whole Foods and Salt Spa. Rooms modern and spacious. Good breakfast too. Right next to busy highway was unexpected but still ok noise wise. Walkable to down town if you don't mind crossing a few busier streets.

I would love to give 5 stars but i wont because the staff in the afternoon was super unprofessional and rude. I would love to say Racist too because we were totally ignored when we walked in with some white people. Plus they didnt even greeted us. While staying i asked for a spunge for kitchen and they said we dont have anything and they didnt bother to answer the calls from room. Plus said no to everything we asked. So never going back.
