"I thought breakfast was not worth the money. I would have expected real coffee for that money. The staff were a bit vague about the choices on the menu and how it worked. The air conditioning in one of the rooms we booked was not working and the portable one was hopeless. We didn’t realise this until we went to bed. Not were we aware we could have called someone at a late hour"

"Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived early so we used leisure facilities. Room was not ready at 3pm hotel reception gave us a voucher for free coffee. Stayed in double deluxe room. Rooms need upgrading IE lick of paint, shower screens instead of shower curtains. Breakfast slow with bringing out the bacon and coffee machine one broken the other not doing a cappuccino. I would stay again for convenience of festival.The staff our lovely."

"Room was clean but floor was very wonky staff at reception very helpful The sauna and hot tub was excellent after long drive disappointed not to be given house coats as other guests had been given then Parking was excellent and a great price for 24?hrs not a rip off like other hotels Will definitely stay here again lovely location"

"I arrived very early so used the public toilets attached to the pub area. It was 11am. The gents was awful . Both cubicles were filthy. No toilet brushes were available although I think even they would not remove the filth. No paper in either cubicle. General Toilet area horrible. My single room was very clean. The bathroom was tiny and a larger person would struggle ( it was a single room). The large mirror is powerful and over hangs the very narrow sink. This it is impossible not to soil the floor when shaving and cleaning your teeth. Quite unpleasant. Nice touch of house keeping leaving a note and the radio being on when you entered the room."
