"The room was large and comfortable, liked the coffee machine, staff were pleasant, breakfast was mediocre, bar was nice enough. The restaurant menu was a bit limited, the Raymond Blanc bratissie 100 yards round the corner was much better. Having to pay £17.50 a night for the use of a disabled parking space in their almost empty car park is just sheer greed and is sufficient to deter me from staying again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are slightly worn but it’s a given with the nature of the property. Rooms were clean and had no issues. Modern bathroom. Staff attentive and helpful. The spa is dated, and not all facilities were working. It felt more like hotel pool facilities rather than a spa itself. Great to have included in the price of the room to use if you want. Breakfast was okay, small selection of included made to order options. Full breakfast with an additional £5 charge. Eggs were not good quality, recommend hotel to change supplier."

"We had an enjoyable stay here. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking. The bathroom was a bit dated though and I was surprised there wasn’t any hair conditioner (only shampoo and hand/body wash) so I would bring my own conditioner next time. Pool was ok but smaller than it looks in the photos so can get a bit too crowded at times."

"Very good hotel and reasonably priced. Drinks are very expensive. Our check out experience was dreadful. It took 25 minutes because the receptionist could not work out it the Expedia payment was complete. Spoilt what was otherwise a very pleasant experience."
