"Great location, stylish. Staff somewhat unhelpful at times (seeming to rely on pointing me to the self serve terminals to solve issues) but helpful and skillful in other manners. Nice looking hotel but somewhat showing a bit of age. That said, would stay again."

"Endroit très fonctionnel et propre. En voyage, je ne cherche pas des chambres très grandes car je reste à l'extérieur pour visiter toute la journée. Cet hôtel offrait ce que j'avais besoin. Il n'y avait pas de déjeuner continental offert mais il y a un casse-croûte au rez-de-chaussée où l'on peut acheter des sandwiches et divers breuvages. L'ascenseur est sécuritaire car il faut utiliser sa carte-clé pour le déverrouiller. Si un service de buanderie est requis, on peut aller à celle d'un autre hôtel de la même chaîne situé à 1 km de Comfort Hotel Xpress Central Station."

"The location was great - very convenient to the train, sights and restaurants. The hotel breakfast was good and the room was clean. The bed could have been better since there were two of us and it dipped in the middle."

"Lovely common areas to sit near check in lobby. Staff was accomodating in storing our luggage safely . Bed was very very comfortable. Staff went looking for a jacket I thought I had z ax accident left in the room and did that promptly at check out. The bathroom did not supply body lotion and the hair dryer was missing. Staff brought one to me."
