"Honestly the hotel was great. I hate to say but I expect hotels in much worse conditions in ski towns. Usually they know they can charge high prices and get away without maintaining facilities, but my room was modern, clean, and in great shape. I did have a slight problem checking in after hours. I wasn't aware that no one would be at the front desk after 5pm (quite early for a hotel!) and since I booked with a third party, I wasn't sent the proper codes for getting into the building or into my room. I also wasn't left a parking pass or any notice that the building didn't have parking or how to park appropriately. So there were a few things I had to figure out in the moment. But I did like the hotel and it's location!"

"Always stay here. The breakfast is included, and decent. Accommodation is perfect for our needs. At the end of the street. Beautiful views of mountains, yet only a ten minute walk into town. Pleasant rooms, and affordable.Staff are pleasant s f helpful,"

"I was on crutches and couldn't go up/down stairs easily. The owner moved me to first floor and moved my luggage for me. The room was very clean. Good continental breakfast. Very close to downtown. The owner was extremely nice and always asked if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again."

"Just a cool hotel! Perfect location! The little Nell is right next door and not cooler or worth the cost, which is why I don’t understand why this hotel is not considered superior. Great pool and Mountain View and I felt totally taken care of by the staff. Free airport transfer was also nice!"
