"We happened to take 2 rooms ,one of which was awesomely maintained and was so pleasant however the other room n 5 th floor was not clean and had dirt in while entered the rest room nd hair hair all over the bath tub and the bedroom floor were not cleaned it had crumbs from previous stay i guess , also had a weird smell when we entered ,not happy with our 5th floor room, wish it was clean as it was advertised, food options also were very minimal considering the hub quite disappointing, also the...

"We enjoyed a good location on Forbes Avenue near Pitt. The convenience store next door and decent breakfast options were convenient. The clean room and helpful staff made it a pleasant stay. We’ll return if in the Pittsburgh area."

"This hotel is in an old bldg that they rehab’d, super contemporary, nice well-done. Great location. The building is L shaped.- the main side is 4 stories (request room here), the other side is 2 stories (don’t stay here). Unfortunately the 2 story side has a piping system in the ceiling that groans frequently, fine during the day but at night it sounds like snoring or like a pager vibrating on a wood desk, horrible nights sleep here.
