We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating. Location is nice. They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% "

Having a studio was a wonderful convenience and they ensured we always had extra tea and coffee. The location to the train station is amazing and the walk to the beach is still a quick one.
