The room was larger than expected, the staff friendly, the room clean. We were promised air conditioning and instead were given fans, loud fans. In addition to that there was a train track right next to the building. When trains would pass it would get pretty loud. Except for those two things we’re satisfied with the stay, it was a good considering what was paid.

The AC in our room was broken. We were shifted rooms for the second night to with with AC, but the despite this accommodation the place was very tight quarters for 3 and didn't feel very clean.

The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding.

Mediocre at best

Kind of odd. We have arrived at 10 pm, but we have entered the room at 12 am, because the door lock had a problem and we have waited the technician to come and open the door. No AC, I think this was a huge problem. Not that clean, the bathroom had no windows or a fan. The sofa had some weird noise when moving and the pillows where not sleeping pillows, just for design.

The property condition is what you pay for, I have no issue with that, the thing that upsets me is the inconsiderate staff during check in, we arrived early and was too tired after walking around so we decided to rest at the lobby for hours, check in was 4pm at 3:55 pm I asked if we can check in and the receptionist said no because she’s not done on whatever she’s doing in the computer at 3:45 a french speaking family came and she checked them in first at exactly 4pm before she checked us in.

Vi var glade for at bo der. Det var fedt med eget køkken osv, så man havde mulighed for at lave hjemme, hvis man ville det. Lå tæt på handle muligheder og ca. 20 min. gang fra havnen og liv i gaderne. Det var nemt at parkere. Badeværelset lugter jordslået hele opholdet selvom vi prøver at lufte ud, og aircondition virkede ikke så godt. Der var pletter på det lagen, som var lagt på i starten af vores ophold, hvilket ikke var så lækkert. Men ellers fint til prisen.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas(2 ventilateurs pour la remplacer) Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi on nous demande fumeur ou pas,puisque toutes les chambres sont équipées de détecteurs. A part ça, appartement et linge propre,la nuit c'est bien passée.

Bien accueillis par le personnel aimable, agréable et très serviable. Par contre, nous ne savions pas que l’hôtel était en travaux, ce n était pas reposant mais horrible le bruit de perceuse un samedi après-midi quand on veut faire la sieste avant le marathon le lendemain. Proche des transports, vélo, à pieds « bien situé pour le prix »

Obwohl in Nizza gelegen, war die Kommunikation des Hotels nur französisch, außer an der Rezeption. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht prickelnd, vor allem am Abend und in der Nacht für Frauen. Die Umgebung ist schmutzig, kein Zimmerservice während des Aufenthalts, Frühstück eher mager.

Struttura abbastanza ben organizzata, con molte camere nel complesso pulite. Spazio della camera un po’ risicato. Bagno grande con doccia.
