"The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. "Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice.
