Some peace away from the tourist crowds

Great WhatsApp online check-in experience, thanks to the super helpful CS for immediately fixing a payment issue. The room was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchenette that exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent—just steps from the purple metro and train lines. If you’re looking for some peace away from the tourist crowds, this is an ideal choice.

The apartment was spacious but the elevator was very small. The last night we stayed someone puked in the elevator which made it worse leaving the next morning with all our luggage. We had to make 4 trips in elevator.

Super clean and modern on the inside. Was not familiar with this method of access and communication, but after I did my part it was fairly seamless. The property is quite a good walk from Milan’s city center. But we felt safe walking back late at night. All in all, a clean, well apportioned room.

The main issue is that the AC wasn’t working and they really didn’t do anything to fix it. But it was a comfortable unit.

Numa Milan Sempione was very poor room. No light working in the bathroom, no body shampoo, no one will make your bed when you will ask you had to go get your own clean towels very not good location.

Der Komfort war super. Wir hatten ein sofabett und ein normales, super schön eingerichtet und komfortabel! Schade, dass eine Reinigung nur nach 7 Tagen statt findet, da wir uns ein Apartment zu viert geteilt haben, konnte es schnell unordentlich werden. Trotzdem würde ich zurück kommen, sehr zentral gelegen und gute Park Möglichkeiten sogar.

It was very hot in Milan when we visited, and the AC in the building was not working. They told us this was a new problem and that it would be fixed in a day or two, but other guest told us it had been going on for weeks. It was impossible to sleep as it was 30-32 degrees in our room; with the window open we were swarmed by mosquitos. Finally after begging for three days they brought us a small fan which helped out slightly. I would highly recommend NOT to stay here

매우 더운데 에어컨상태불량해서 더위먹고 기절할뻔했다. 조치를 취해달라는요구에 AI 답변만 똑같이오고 조치가 안됨. 마지막 2일은 fire alarm 울리는데 30분-1시간동안아무런 조치와 연락이 제대로 없음. 숙소있는사람들 밖에서 두려움에 떨고있었다. 이러한 숙소관리는 문제가 많다고본다. 그러면서 service fee 를 받다니 열받는다.

The “hotel” has not figured out how to turn on the A/C in June. They knew about this on my first day before arrival, but did not communicate about repairs, or mitigation of the problem. Extremely hot during the nights with mosquitos. By the third out of four nights, I had to move hotels, with no recompense from Numa. In fact, they charged me for all four nights! Other guests were having the same problem. I would not recommend.

4명 가족이 4박 5일 이용 했습니다. 매우 넓은 숙소 공간에 깜짝 놀랍습니다. 넓은 테라스, 거실, 주방 및 식탁 공간으로 지내는 동안 너무 편하게 지냈습니다. 관리자와의 소통 및 피드백에도 매우 만족합니다. 언젠가 밀라노에 돌아 간다면 꼭 방문할게요^^ 급하게 체크아웃 하면서 여행용 멀티 어댑터 2개나 두고 왔네요 haha

Mauvaise experience

Nous devons faire le Check in en ligne, on nous annonce que c’est ok et que nous recevrons le code pin pour la chambre le matin du jour j. Le matin rien, l’après-midi rien et jusqu’à notre arrivée devant la porte le soir, nous n’avions toujours pas nos codes d’accès, et une galère pour joindre les services… en gros ne comptez pas tomber sur une vraie personne, entre appels , mails et whatsapp que des chat automatique … avec des enfants c’est vraiment stressant. Au final on arrive à obtenir une réponse on nous dit que la chambre n’était pas réglée, ce qui est vrai puisque sur hôtels.com c’était paiement sur place, sauf que jamais nous avons reçu de mail ou de lien pour régler le logement même le Check in en ligne nous disait ok. Cela aurait été plus simple de nous envoyer un mail bien avant et moins stressant pour nous. Une fois dedans.. Le logement n’était pas propre. Il restait même des bouchons d’oreilles usagés par terre. C’est extrêmement bruyant, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les appartements autour et la rue.. Le volet d’une des chambres était cassé, nos filles ont dû coup été réveillé par le jour. Un agent d’entretien devait venir le réparer aux alentours de 10h30 lorsque nous étions en balade, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise a 15h30 lorsque nous sommes rentrés pour se reposer et faire la sieste que l’agent arrivait en même temps que nous. Nous trouvons que nous avons payé très cher au final pour cette mauvaise expérience.
