Very helpful staff, hotel a bit off from Milano centrale (assume 15 minutes by metro) but also very quiet neighborhood. Supermarket 200m away, not many great food options around.

This hotel is located in the Affori neighbourhood which is about 5km from city centre, but it's very close to the metro where you can take the M3 line to go sightseeing. My room was comfortable - the air conditioning really helped as the few days I was in Milan were very warm! The staff were very kind and helpful and the restaurant and breakfast services were really good - many thanks for making my stay a pleasant one.

Staff were all very helpful. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. There is a bar great for a cool beer in the afternoon and a restaurant ( which I didn’t try) . Location is a few minutes away from a metro station which will bring you into the city centre in around 12 minutes. There is a large supermarket and a few decent places to grab a pizza. Would definitely stay here again .

Overall, I had a great experience. The room was exactly as advertised, it was clean, and it had working aircon (this was extremely important given that I was staying in Milan during a heatwave). The hotel is located a 10 minute walk to the metro station and from there it is only a 20 minute train into central Milan. There are also multiple restaurants around the hotel as well as supermarkets. The staff were always friendly and up for a chat when entering/leaving the hotel. I don't have a bad word to say about my experience.

Best sleep EVER in this hotel. They had everything you could think of also. I travel a lot, and the bed and pillow were so comfortable i extended my stay by two nights. My mother and I slept like babies. I will return and would recommend this hotel to anyone. All the staff members were helpful as well and so kind.
