Here we were with no place to stay. and Expedia suggested Eden Roc. The people at that property, one and all, were kind and considerate and presented us with a standard efficiency at a reasonable price with a balcony and ocean view! "Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
