He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here. "
