"We had a great time at Villa Isabella. From start to finish, it was magical and fantastic. The staff were very helpful, attentive and kind, while the room and breakfast were fabulous. The parking was a real bonus as well. After we checked out and were on our way to Val Gardena, my wife realised that she had left her medication in the fridge in our room. We called the hotel and they arranged for the medication to be delivered to us within 24 hours. Outstanding service and genuine kindness."

"Great 5 star hotel in a beautiful location. The restaurant is very very good, high class, but not cheap. At the front of the property you are 100 meters from a huge choice of Italian restaurants and a great lively atmosphere.. The only downside I would say was that after the initial allocation of 4 coffee pods in your room you then had to pay 2 euros per pod thereafter, very petty for a 5 star hotel."

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."
