"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"The garden is very spacious and beautiful. The highlight of the property is the fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. The living room is good sized for 2 families and kids. The common areas and bathrooms are clean, with all the facilities in place (washing Maschine, vacuum cleaner, white goods etc) The furniture in some of the bedrooms could use a bit of fixing up. Overall a good experience at reasonable pricing."

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in unserem Urlaub. Sabine und Matthias sind sehr herzlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Außerdem sind die beiden jederzeit ansprechbar und geben Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, können Sabine und Matthias als Vermieter nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder."
