This was a lovely place to stay in Assisi. It was a clean and simple room, along with breakfast provided. The staff was kind and diligent. Its location is perfect as well. Would very much recommend!

Very beautiful building and the staff was very nice. Only complaint is the hotel said there would be a fan and there was no fan in our room and no one answered the number for assistance after 3 pm

Great location

Wasn’t the easiest place to find so we had to call to find it. Our Lavender Room has mould in the corners of the ceiling. The bathroom was a washroom so everything got wet when you had a shower. The good part was free use of the breakfast room and the location was top notch.

Doccia sul WC : una soluzione assurda!

L'esperienza è stata molto deludente. La camera ha arredamento vecchio e rovinato. Il bagno non era all'altezza delle aspettative. Rubinetteria poco funzionante e doccia priva di box o di una semplice tenda (allagando il bagno a ogni utilizzo creando notevole disagio). Le foto pubblicate non rispecchiano la realtà (ad esempio le foto fatte in bagno non inquadrano mai la doccia ma si vede in lontananza una tenda che in realtà non è presente). Non consiglierei questa struttura.

Bom e simples

A acolhida foi por WhatsApp l com as instruções para entrar no hotel. Deu tudo certo e entramos. Para chegar ao hotel tem uma pequena subida e escadas. É pesado subir com malas. O quarto é simples, mas funcional. A localização é boa, no centro de Assisi. O banheiro não tem box, e molha tudo. O café da manhã foi bom, mas sem ovo mexido, sem preparos quentes. Atendente do café, Maria, foi muito simpática. Não tem estacionamento e como fomos de carro, foi terrível o acesso, muito complicado e tudo interditado. Depois de horas de cansaço encontramos um estacionamento fora da cidade e fomos andando e carregando as malas para o hotel. Não tem recepcionista no hotel.
