"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. "Large place with separate bedrooms, large living room and well stocked kitchen. Our family of four was comfortable during our two night stay. We had good communication via email with the property. The view of the vineyards was amazing with small view of the river from our lower unit. It is on a big hill so a bit of schlep into the small commercial district and driving a stick was tricky, but parking was easy.
