"We paid for a junior suite, and what we got was not what was advertised. I’m pretty sure they gave us the wrong room, but we were only there for one night and it wasn’t until hours after we checked in that we realized the room we got was not what we saw prior to booking. The room was okay. It wasn’t pristinely clean; the grout between the tiles in the shower needed to be sprayed with bleach and scrubbed with a toothbrush. Otherwise, it appeared clean.
