"The woman who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. I am so sorry I did not catch her name. She asked if we had any preferences on room. Ive never been offered that before. She was so nice to my son as well. Hotel was extremely clean and very convenient. This will now be our go to place to stay when we are in the area."

"I love everything about this hotel! It's affordable and super upscale. This hotel has everything that I could ever dream of in one. "Lovely staff, great (basic) breakfast and lovely rooms. Great size and comfy beds. Free shuttle buses to Universal were great but we also walked over as it was only a 15/20 minute walk over. "

"Lakeside Inn is amazing. Facilities are clean, comfortable. Staff aill around was fantastic. Minor inconvenience like no refrigerators in standard rooms, no coffee machines and no room safes. Really can make do without them. Ready to stay again."
