"The room was dirty and outdated—it honestly felt like a jail cell. There were dogs barking all night, making it impossible to rest. On top of that, the fire alarm didn’t even have batteries, and it took the staff over an hour to replace them. Overall, a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience."

"Omelettes were great, international cuisine was great, the pizza was great, the milkshakes were great, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well kept, the pools, lazy river and slides were fun, towels and life jackets provided, steps away from volcano bay. Just all around a great experience. "

"Clarion Hotel Review I liked that there is always someone at the front desk. Check-in went smoothly at 1:00 AM, handled by Raúl. The room was super clean and spacious, and the bathroom was comfortable. I didn't see any vending machines to buy water or snacks, but they have a restaurant next to the front desk with an extensive Indian food menu."

"Top of the scale from pulling up to the Valet/Bellman. To the front desk, where all of are questions were well answered. All staff we come across was Extremely nice and professional. Tim the Valet and Sam at the front desk help us tremendously. The food at The Palm was incredible. Amanda, our server was all around perfection! From explaining the menu and what to expect from what we order and very professional. Amanda was very nice and respectful with us. Myself my wife and our 14yr old daughter. This was a short 2 day stay. We definitely will return for a longer stay! the stay was Amazing!!! Scott"

"Beautiful hotel, The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us adjoining rooms which came in very handy. The kids loved the pool and other games there. The proximity to the parks is great. Unlimited express was a nice perk. "
