"Reception staff both during check in and check out was busy reminding to check out at 11:00am then anything else. Quite old building and facilities but kept in good condition. Could’ve done better. Staff requires more training on how to welcome and service guests rather only taunt them with exit time or to pay £20 an hour… "

"The flat was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Heating by electric panel heaters was efficient and quick to warm the place. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a basket of cereal boxes, biscuits and a jar of sweets. There were also tea bag’s and coffee pods for the machine. The beds were very comfy. All in all a very welcoming and good place to stay. 4 stars not 5 because the heated towel rail didn’t work making the bathroom chilly ( a very cold weekend weather wise) and the WiFi although showing the usual blue bars would not connect whatever we all tried. To be fair, I notified the host about the towel rail but not the WiFi. When ever I contacted Phil the Host he was very quick to reply. "

"Could do with a hair dryer, struggled a little as no drink making facilities, not even a glass. Other than that a very comfortable stay. The staff are lovely "
