"There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"Perfect place to stay for a visit to the national memorial arboretum. Nice clean room, well equipped, lovely shower. "

"The flat was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Heating by electric panel heaters was efficient and quick to warm the place. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a basket of cereal boxes, biscuits and a jar of sweets. There were also tea bag’s and coffee pods for the machine. The beds were very comfy. All in all a very welcoming and good place to stay. 4 stars not 5 because the heated towel rail didn’t work making the bathroom chilly ( a very cold weekend weather wise) and the WiFi although showing the usual blue bars would not connect whatever we all tried. To be fair, I notified the host about the towel rail but not the WiFi. When ever I contacted Phil the Host he was very quick to reply. "

"Could do with a hair dryer, struggled a little as no drink making facilities, not even a glass. Other than that a very comfortable stay. The staff are lovely "
