Glorious hotel

This is the second time I have stayed here, in a different room but just as impressive. The room was large, almost like an apartment with a huge bath and shower and separate wc. The toiletries were very high quality and the room was equipped with a large comfortable bed, wardrobe, dressing table, tea, coffee, biscuits. It was beautifully presented.

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel, very close to the town centre. Spotlessly clean and very friendly staff in the pub and hotel. Nice big bed and bathroom but could do with underfloor heating in the bathroom in winter as the floor was freezing. Would benefit from having a receptionist as I was not emailed my code to get in so had to go to the pub who then gave me the wrong code so someone then had to come over and let me in. In the morning the maid was knocking on the door as they have no idea who's checked out Breakfast very nice and easy parking. Have stayed before and will stay again.

The only things which we haven’t like was the sink was inside the room and not in the bathroom. Who made the project,did wrong. Overall was okay. Also beds are so noisy!

Unfortunately the sound proofing in The Edgbaston was extremely poor. I've stayed in the Field House before, which is where my reservation was, but the A/C was not functioning so I was relocated in the above hotel, over the road. I could hear all sorts of sounds from neighboring rooms, which was very disturbing.
