"The room was large for NYC hotels and had a bathtub which is not easy to find. Also I had stayed at the property before and the staff made sure to acknowledge that. The location was perfect, near so many attractions and parks."

"Excelente ubicación, excelente el personal, excelente las amenidades en la habitación. El único problema fue que en 2 ocasiones no se me hizo la limpieza de la habitación"

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It was in an amazing location: walking distance to everything I wanted to do. It was clean, it was quiet, it was great! I was there on Halloween weekend and you would not even know the neighborhood was popping off because it was so quiet. My family of 4 stayed in a double room (2 double beds) and it was just fine. Super comfy beds...we were so tired and slept really well. Now, the staff: Shout out to Thomas who was so helpful when I made a booking mistake. Shout...

"The room was nice but very tight (small)."

"Check in was made a little difficult by entering information onto a small screen with even smaller buttons. Breakfast was not inclusive for vegans. Opted for cocktails with the credit. Bar was not open but they made a cocktail which was not very good. Bed frame corner was really tight to fridge in the room and we kept hitting our ankles into it. Nice touch with a bottle of wine and a note though."

"Location is fantastic, right across from Washington square park. Large rooms. Limited in room amenities, a mini fridge would have been helpful but plenty of shops nearby."

"Staff very unhelpful. Arrogant. And billed me for something I didnt ask and they didn't explain and said they wouldn't bill me for. Only later I found it they did."

"This hotel is located in the heart of Soho, which is an amazing location. The vibe is pretty good, with a nice bar and delicious food. However, if you’re looking for a chill hotel, this might not be the perfect fit. But if you’re looking for a nice weekend getaway with friends, this hotel would be the perfect choice."
