"Great stay over all"

"we have stay there for 3 night ,this place is inside espina village .walking distance to center of cebu.they fairly new in renting out there lower house.we have pleasant stay people were very helpful and nice. just ask if you needed anything they glad to help you out or direction .also they can call taxi or if you want tour they can guide you for rental close by. we are from california ,we will come stay here coz its family oriented. christmas soon thanks again"

"No communication "

"オーナーはフレンドリーで親切だと思います。 私たちはファミリータイプの宿を選択しましたがそこは地図に載っていない場所にありました。事前にもらった住所にはオーナーのアパートが記載されており、当日はそこからバイクで5分の場所に連れて行ってもらいました(ただし有料でした。歩くと50分かかると言われました。) アパートは写真通り綺麗でしたがキッチン周りには大量の蟻がいました。あとゴキブリにも一度会いました。仕方ないと思うしかないと思います。 宿泊した翌日は不幸なことに停電に見舞われ家の中ら大変暑かったです。(オーナー曰く停電はかなり珍しいとのこと)結局やチェックアウトまで電力が回復することはありませんでした。 7人での宿泊で楽しい時間を過ごせたのは確かですが他の友人にこのアパートメントを勧めることはないと思います。とても行きにくい立地です。しかしフィリピンらしさを感じられるという意味では良いと思います。"

"Living area we found hot and uncomfortable. Bedrooms lacked bedside tables, nowhere to put our things. If not for Lon, we would have been lost. Could not locate information booklet that should contain local info etc. Other wise our stay was ok."

"No water in the morning , mosquitos, bathroom sink not clean , HOt no aircondition"
