"The owner treated us very poorly. As soon as we arrived, he wanted to send us to another hotel because he said there was a problem (he'd given the room to someone else who was already settled in), even though I'd already paid for it in advance. The day we were leaving, he showed up screaming like a madman, saying we had to leave urgently. The hotel, the location, and the views are excellent, but the owner's mistreatment is unacceptable.
