Excellent place to stay. It had everything I needed and reception staff very pleasant and helpful. 1 block from Shopping at del Sol, which has groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and lots of stores. Illy coffee stand across the street. Walking is challenging due to sidewalks not well maintained but it’s a perfectly safe neighborhood. I have already booked another Ava Rentals property when I return in 9 months.

Equipe da recepção muito atenciosa, porem em nosso apartamento o chuveiro estava faltando a ducha, e não havia apoio para o sahmpoo e sabomete, solicitamos a correção, e após 2 dias em solução ao conversarmos com a recepção a solução encotrada foi nos trocar de apartamento. No primeiro apartamento tinhamos uma maquina de fazer café usando pó e um pouco de pó de café a disposição, muito bom e prático. No segundo apartamento havia uma maquina de capsulas, com etiqueta que pertencia a outro apartamento e não havia cpsulas a disposição. O abridor de garrafas de vinho estava quebrado.

The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. The studio suite exceeded my expectations. The Del Sol Mall was 200 meters away and the downtown core was 400 meters away. Very convenient for what I had to do. It’s also about 15 minutes away from the airport. When I come back to Asuncion, I will be staying here again.

Funcionários atenciosos. Encontrei a habitação limpa, ambiente agradável , bonito, moderno, com mini cozinha bem equipada, e com lavadora de roupas. Uma mesinha providencial pra comer e estudar/trabalhar. Lugar tranquilo com ótima localização: sem precisar de carro para ir à paparia, supermercado e shopping com espaço gourmet charmoso em área aberta. Infelizmente a internet pra assistir show e filmes apresentou frequentes falhas.

Essa foi nossa segunda hospedagem, foi tudo muito tranquilo e fácil, desde o check-In até ao checkout. Os funcionários extremamente educados e a propriedade com muito limpa e com tudo que precisamos. Único ponto a ressaltar é que poderiam disponibilizar mais panos de chão, pois o box do banheiro não estava vedando muito bem a água e estava vazando para fora do banheiro. Faltou também um pano para a parte da cozinha. Ademais, recomendo fortemente. Estadia com ótima localização e muito tranquila!
