"Great location. Spacious foyer. However, the management needed a lot of convincing from me, that includes making multiple calls and personal visits to the reception area, to fix the broken AC in my room."

"I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only problem was that I had no HOT water. It was barely tepid. However, the hotel gave me a $45 credit because of this problem. The bed was glorious: silky smooth sheets and firm mattress. The room was large and pretty. The hotel is attached to Grand Central Station so you don't even have to exit/enter through 42nd street should it rain or snow. Also, the $15 toward breakfast in their market was much appreciated. Were it not for the water problem (quite possibly unique to that room) I'd have rated the hotel a 5."
