"Our 3 night stay was fantastic. Staff was friendly, helpful and cocktail hour was a bonus. I would say , only negative was the bathroom size, tiny. Anyone with mobility issues should request ADA room. I thought we did. Breakfast coupons were fantastic savings."

"Pros: Air conditioning was great. Room was comfortable. Restaurant and server at the pool were super nice and helpful. Cons: front desk staff not awesome. Elevators were awful. No ice or water on my floor. Surcharges for the pool after 12:00. $50 for the lounger and a min $50 food and beverage charge which wasn’t hard to achieve since each drink is 20 bucks. Asked for late checkout when I arrived but apparently front desk staff neglected to put that in the system. When I inquired the night before checkout I was rudely told not possible. The facilities were adequate but there are warmer hotels in NYC that make you feel like a guest instead of an imposition. Probably won’t be staying here again."

"For the price of the hotel I honestly feel it could be renovated. The rooms need TLC, especially the the shower tiles. Location was great but that pretty much was the best part of the stay. Our room was hot and when we called to ask about the AC it was mentioned that there is always issues with the AC so they brought us a box fan."

"To start out, the bathroom door doesn’t even shut all the way and if you do close the door all the way good luck getting out without the fire department. The shower is piping hot, I actually got burned from the shower and you can not lower the temperature on the shower. The sink is the opposite, you can’t get warm water, only cold. They do not provide washcloths, and when you ask for them it’s an act of congress to get them. We ran out of toilet paper on one of our first days and it took us asking for toilet paper 3 times and an hour before we got it, we even went downstairs and were told it would be sent up. There is no clothes iron despite there obviously being a place where it’s supposed to go. The room and the bathroom was dark and had horrible lighting. The charger outlets do not hold chargers well and our chargers fell out constantly. The only bright side to this hotel was the food, it was good."
