"Great hotel "

"The location itself is immaculate. Shops everywhere including an arcade right next door that also serves alcohol. Only a slightly long walk to Times Square which was great. The AC was not necessary for my stay as it was a little chilly during my stay but they do include a small space heater that indeed heated up my room nicely. There's no elevator, microwave, or refrigerator but for me and my personal preference wasn't necessary. The water gets hot and the TV works fine and for me with the location being beautiful was more than enough for my satisfaction. I'd recommend to anyone seeking a great location. Quiet Rooms, and most importantly if you have no issues walking up stairs. I'd definitely go again 👍"

"Location is fantastic, steps from Penn Station. Hotel is historic and very grand in the lobby, but the rooms are a little run down, but clean. The staff is super kind and helpful. They let us check in early and check out a little late. Would definitely stay there again. Starbucks is across the street, Liberty Bagels is around the corner. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at Sheraton. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The bed was more comfortable than my own and the view from my room was amazing. I did not realize there was a local usage tax of $40 per night for stays in Manhattan, but Sheraton made up for that with $35 a night voucher for their restaurant. The salmon, gnocchi were both excellent and the wait staff so nice. They remembered my order from previous day. The location can not be beat. I will return! "
