"They called me to pay for one night before i go and they say the rest when i arrived but yhey charged me twice and when i called they said it was computer glitch and will give you the money back on 5 business days and i never got my money back and i had to deposit it. "Great location, large comfortable rooms although a bit worn, some mould in bathroom. However the noise from the nightclub on the 15th floor was pretty extreme. Just travelled down the lift shaft. We could even feel the bass while lying in bed. My son and I are good sleepers so we used thick earplugs and were fine. I had read about this issue and requested a quiet room in advance but we were still put next to the lifts. Rooms in the other wing are probably not affected. Either lose the nightclub or categorise and price rooms based on noise impacts. Anything else is unfair to guests."
