Great hotel and location. Room city view was nice. Elevator under service the whole stay made for long waits an inconvenient especially being on the 18th floor. Staff worked hard to do their best with the situation.

The hotel is located in a quiet street next to some warehouses so the area is kind of dark. The room is clean but small. The breakfast is basic but pretty good. The major complaint that I have is their elevator problem. There are two elevators but only one works. Also, between 7:30 am-8:30 pm guests need to call the front desk to ask for the elevator to stop at their floor. The day I was checking out I had to wait for almost five minutes for the elevator to stop at my floor because there was a great demand for the elevator use.
