Our room had an excellent view of the Petra landscape and pool. The breakfast had plenty of options, including made to order pancakes. It was a short 6-minute drive to the entrance to Petra."

"Staff more interested in their phones than service. Initially gave me a room that was occupied and although I asked twice for my bags, they were not delivered and when they finally were, they were left outside my room. Tiles in the bathroom are very very slippery so always put down a towel on the floor so you don’t break your neck!"
