Welcome to Atascadero's Oak Haven! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish property minutes away from some of the best wineries on the Central Coast!
Amazing location and with gorgeous design this property is perfect for a quick layover or spending a few days to explore the beautiful Central Coast!
Fully remodeled Studio Unit:

1.5 miles to downtown Atascadero restaurants
15 miles to San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles
16 miles to Morro Bay (Beach)

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Studio is located to the left of the main house. Parking shared in driveway with main house. Room for 1 car. Please do not block main house parking area. Studio has private backyard located directly next to main house backyard. No street parking allowed.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as a Smart TV so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.
Lawn Maintenance is on Fridays as needed.
Please remember that we are in the country, snakes and other rodents and insects are around. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Great location, parking was great and convenient, the place had nice space and a good layout. It was perfect for our 4 day stay. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook some of our meals. Communication with the host was very good.
