"The host was very kind, extremely accommodating, and spoke excellent english. The room was clean and well-furnished. Although I was initially unsure about the bed as the springs made some noise when I first got into the bed, it turned out to be very comfortable. Noise in the neighborhood was essentially non-existent, and the area felt very safe overall. Wifi was easy to access and reasonably fast. Around a 20-minute walk to Vincennes Station, but there is a Velib (Parisian bike-sharing) parking...
"It was a really good stay. It was very easy to communicate with the lady at Reception who was really nice. location is perfect, as two women we didn’t have problems walking around at night. Literally 10 minutes walk away from the Metro line and there’s food shops close by. Will definitely stay there again."

I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. "Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!"
"We were stuck in Paris due to the fires in Marseille and had to get to Cannes. Anna, one of the front desk greeters, helped us get a flight that would get us to Cannes the next day. If it hadn’t been for her and her assistance, we would not have made it to enjoy the south of France. Merci beaucoup, Anna!!"
