"We stayed coming into San Jose Airport 1 day and 1 day going out ..It is a nice property for a day or 2 ,not alot to see except for park and catherdral nearby..Our shuttle picked us up early in La Fortuna,so we arrived there early...We contacted by WhatsApps and he let us in to store luggage..We needed to use the bathroom bad and he told we had to find someplace else to use ..Rooms were not available ..We were are older and cant hold it like we use too lol..If it had been me i would have offered...

"This is a great place to stay if you’d like to visit Costa Rica and really experience the city in a way tourists don’t usually get to. Warren was a fantastic host and will help you find whatever you are looking for. He was even available to take us on tours out of the city, all you have to do is negotiate a price (he was as good as any tour guide and less pricey!) I loved the stay there and was very thankful to find this hidden gem."

"For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little...

"The first impression of this very unique house was pure excitement. Loved the unusual layout and the perfect views from every angle. Lots of opportunities to see the Flora and Fauna that Costa Rica has to offer. Spent a lot of time on the Casita terrace to watch Motmot, Hummingbirds, Butterflies, and even a white faced monkey. As an alert to future residents: If you are dependent on reliable wi-fi, this is not a good location. Personally, I would also like to see a much more upscale pool,...
