Promises so much but delivers little

"What to say the goods are great location for a trip to the Dorset coast architecturally the building promises so much and that’s pretty much it the property is functional and has all you need to a degree kitchen bits are hit and miss. This was supposedly new for 2020 all I can say is it must have had a hard past 4 years the property is very unloved and un kept work tops in kitchen never been oiled so now ruined over grown courtyard with stagnant water hot tub is not private as overlooked by window in main manor. The property if loved and cared for would be a fantastic place to stay would I recommend then the answer would be no."

"A wonderful property, full of charm and very comfortable. Andrew was very prompt and always was available to answer questions. The Town itself is charming and well situated and we highly recommend the Royal Oak Pub. Thank you, we will return!"

" A wonderful little cottage with an abundance of character, boasting everything you need for a week (or more) away. With a large master bedroom, nice sized bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Nearby is a village pub and road links to Dorchester, Weymouth and others on the A35. The owners left contact details in case of emergencies, but otherwise were not intrusive. Upfront contact with the owners was plentiful, access to the property was easy and directions easy to follow.. All in all a wonderful stay. "

Nuthatch Cabin at Cloudshill Glade - Campsite

Lovely holiday cabin

"This was a very nice simple little cabin. We stayed for three days and spent a great day at Durdle Door and Kimmeridge and walked to the nearby Walled Garden for breakfast before driving to London the day we left. It was comfortable and clean and Harry was lovely and very helpful. Lovely walks from the doorstep."

"The staff here care about you and treat you like family (I got a flat tire in their parking lot at night and they helped me call my rental car agency and helped me through the process all the way). The building and rooms are lovely and comfortable with many little touches that make it feel like home. "

Bere Regis stay

"Cosy room, comfortable bed. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Good choice of breakfasts especially plentiful full English. Alpacas and chickens on site was nice. A well situated place from which to explore Purbeck area and coastline. Would visit again without question."

Very disappointed

"We dont complain as we wer bnb owners but this property for the price was very disappointing. Old food in the fridge, spiders inside no screens to keep insects out. No user manual and tv did not work. Wifi very week so had to go outside to connect. Shower waist broken and clogged so the base filled and overflowed with water into cabin. No bath mat so had to use a towel to clean up and share the other towel. Sink tap water pressure so weak can't even wash hands. Plaster work not finished and painted and patches all over the place. Have photos if needed. Owner said he would.come and try and fix the tv but we didn’t want to have to do that. Bed was good, kitchen could do with a microwave but worked at least. Feel very ripped off."
